Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We can ship to P.O. Boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses. Please note that shipments to APO/FPO addresses may take longer due to military mail processing times.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes, if you have placed multiple orders and would like to combine them into one shipment, please contact us as soon as possible or place a note when your order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided that the orders have not yet been processed for shipping.
What is your return policy for items received via shipping?

Is there an order minimum for Free Shipping?
Yes, beside subscription plan, we provide free shipping to any order over $100 shipped to a United States address!
What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will issue a refund or replacement, please reach out to us at 716-204-7215 or email us at info@lubricityinnovations.com, with your order details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
How does 100% money back guarantee work?
Proof of purchase required. Returns must be made to the point of purchase within 15 days. Refunds are not available for subscription items.
How do I Place an order?

What are your shipping options and their associated costs?
All products are shipped Standard Shipping (3-5 business day delivery)
NY and adjacent states will receive their package within 3 days.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the order because larger or heavier shipments require more packaging, space, and handling. Shipping carriers charge based on weight and dimensions, so a bigger order naturally costs more to transport.
How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
All orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Any order after 2pm EST will be processed and shipped next business day.
Can I track my package? How can I obtain tracking information?
Tracking information is included in the order confirmation email.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, if you contact us before the order is processed for shipment, we will do our best to update the address for you.
Can I request a specific delivery date or time?
While we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and time, you may request a specific shipping date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but final delivery timing depends on the carrier's schedule and transit times.
What countries or regions do you ship to? What steps should I take to ensure my order clears international customs?
We ship to all US States, Territories and Canada.
To ensure your order clears up international customs, only a 90-day supply can be shipped per international regulations. This would be a maximum order of 3 bottles of Lubricity 2oz.
Who is eligible for Free Shipping?
Ordering with our subscription plan can provide greater savings including free shipping. You'll receive an email reminder two days before your Auto-Ship is processed. Auto-Ship orders save you time and money.
You can change your flavors, quantities, and shipping dates, or cancel at any time. Check our terms and conditions on subscription.
What if my order is not delivered?

The expiration date for each Lubricity bottle is stamped on the individual packaging. Lubricity is meant to be used regularly and should be used within 30 days of opening the security seal.
